Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by guide and tour type. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. Generally, cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for refunds.

Guide Responsibilities

Certified tour guides on our platform agree to:

Maintain valid government certification and licenses
Provide accurate information about tours and services
Deliver services as described in tour listings
Maintain professional conduct with travelers
Comply with local laws and regulations
Respond promptly to booking requests and communications

Liability and Disclaimers

Platform Role

Ceylon Tour Guide acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour guides. We do not directly provide tour services and are not responsible for the actions of guides or travelers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance before participating in any tours or activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Ceylon Tour Guide or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
